Lake Washington Blvd and 32nd Ave East Intersection

A car making this blind left turn needs to stop in the middle of the intersection  to yield to a pedestrian. 

The nature of the hill means that sometimes cars cut the corner closely to turn.

This cyclist is having to share the lane with a turning car.

 Cyclists also frequently use this intersection,  located right near the University of Washington Arboretum.

Faded stop lines from when this used to be a four-way stop make this look like a safe place to cross, but cars do not typically stop for pedestrians.
